We accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa. We are also able to set up payment plans.
Currently, we can accept payments made over the phone, by mail or in the office. We can also set up autopay if paying by credit card.
Your bill will come from Access Sports Medicine.
Please contact your insurance company directly to request an appeal of denied or underpaid claims.
Bills are due upon receipt of statement.
