Dover, NH – Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics was a proud sponsor of the 9th Annual Moms on the Run 5k Race/Fun Race. The event took take place at Dover High School on Sunday May 10th. Proceeds of this event benefited End 68 Hours of Hunger.
End 68 Hours of Hunger is a non-profit organization that strives to confront the approximately 68 hours of hunger that some school children experience between the free lunch they receive in school on Friday afternoon and the free breakfast they receive in school on Monday morning. It serves over 1,300 children per week in New Hampshire and Maine.
Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics understands how important it is to get involved with and give back to the local community. The 9th Annual Moms on the Run is just one of the many community events that Access helps to support each year.
