Exeter, NH – Access Walk-In Injury Clinic at Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics in Exeter is now open! The clinic provides an alternative to the Emergency Room for Seacoast area patients with minor illness and injury. Located at One Hampton Road in Exeter, NH, the Access Walk-In Injury Clinic (AWIC) is open from Monday through Saturday, from 8:00am to 5pm. AWIC has on-site x-ray and MRI is operated by the providers of Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics.
According to Mike Nickerson, APRN, “One of the best things about our clinic is the access to the specialists and services without a long wait. Most patients can be seen for an injury and have an evaluation by an orthopaedic surgeon the same day. They can often come in, see a specialist, and know exactly what the next step in treatment will be all within a couple of hours.” AWIC is licensed by the State of New Hampshire as a walk-in facility is one of only a few walk-in or urgent care facilities on the Seacoast of New Hampshire.

- Lacerations, scrapes and minor wounds that may require stitching

- X-ray and MRI
