Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is happy to announce the addition of Jane Yoon, MD, to the team. Dr. Yoon is trained in Orthopedic Hand practices.
Dr. Yoon graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stanford University. She received her Doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed her orthopedic residency in Saint Louis and her fellowship in Hand Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, FL.
She was selected to work as an intern for the Office of the Surgeon General, where she developed a program to train U.S. Public Health Service Offices to effectively deliver public health services to underserved areas. During her time as a counselor for the Stanford Medical Youth Science Program, Dr. Yoon developed a curriculum aimed at teaching underprivileged high school students about health disparities.

Her expertise extends to arthritis care and the treatment of tendon and nerve injuries of the upper extremity. She holds a Florida Medical License, acquired in 2022, and has passed part one of the ABOS Board Certification Exam.
Dr. Yoon is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
Fluent in Korean and proficient in Spanish, Dr. Yoon has co-authored various medical articles throughout her career.
