The Annual Apple Harvest Day is one of the liveliest events on the Seacoast with almost 400 vendors, five stages of entertainment, 1,000 road race runners, amusements, children’s events, and more.
Each year, the day kicks off with the Apple Harvest Day 5k Road Race. Following the race, patrons will have the opportunity to visit the vendors and shops throughout downtown Dover, sample food from local restaurants and listen to live music by some of the Seacoast’s most talented musicians. Be sure to visit the Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics Cell Phone Charging Station next to the Urban Tree Singer/song writer stage, outside Nicole’s Hallmark to charge up your mobile devices so you can stay “plugged in” all day.
Throughout the years, the Festival has grown in size along with the growth and popularity of Dover. It is estimated that between 50,000 and 60,000 people walk through the Festival on that one day, as they enjoy the entertainment, products and food offered by local artists, crafters and merchants.
Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics understands how important it is to get involved with and give back to the local community. The Apple Harvest Day Festival is one of many community events Access helps to support each year.
