Hampton, NH – The Sports Medicine Team at Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics would like to introduce Mikaela Harding, NHLAT, ATC. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and is the new full-time trainer at Winnacunnet High School in Hampton.
Harding is a 2014 graduate of Keene State College in Keene, NH. As a student she had the opportunity to work with the athletes of the Keene High School football, soccer, hockey, basketball, wrestling, cheerleading and gymnastics programs. Mikaela is experienced in concussion evaluation and assessment and in the administration of baseline and post-injury ImPACT testing.
While earning her degree Athletic Training, Harding observed and assisted a variety of medical providers at Keene State Health and Wellness Center and Cheshire Medical Center Dartmouth-Hitchcock. She also provided medical coverage for the athletic programs at Vermont Academy and Northfield Mount Hermon in Massachusetts.
Mikaela has significant work and volunteer experience at the collegiate, high school and youth recreation level. She brings her enthusiasm and athletic training skills to Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics and Winnacunnet High School. “We are thrilled to welcome Mikaela aboard. Her energy and attention to detail offer exceptional training services to the students and athletic programs at Winnacunnet,” according to Nicole Spaulding, ATC, Director of Athletic Training at Access Sports Medicine.
During her free time Mikaela enjoys staying active, hiking, snowboarding and participating in competitive events including the Tough Mudder.
