I was pleasantly surprised on Thursday morning when I used the Access Sports Medicine online appointment scheduling system to request an appointment and then received a very prompt call back to schedule my appointment not more than 1 hour after I had submitted my request. You were very professional and patient when you called and I am delighted that I will be able to see Dr Siegel on Tuesday.

I did receive the new patient note and I have printed and filled out all of the forms. I also obtained my prior medical history and faxed that to your office on Thursday evening.

Dear Dr. Davis,

I am so glad that I decided to come in to see you for a second opinion regarding my left knee. As you recall, the first doctor that I had seen recommended ACL revision reconstruction for the knee pain that I was experiencing.

When I came in to get your opinion, I was shocked to hear you say that surgery was not necessary. I was in disbelief, but you were right! After just a few weeks of physical therapy to strengthen my quads, I was able to resume many of the activities that I could no longer do.

I am continuing the physical therapy, and am now pain free! I am ecstatic over the results, and am so thankful that I came in to see you, before going ahead with unnecessary surgery.

A BIG/HUGE WELCOME is in order for Christie Hudson, DPT!!! We had the privilege of working with her! Christie helped my son Brandon get through his concussion and now he is back on the basketball court for the Spaulding Red Raiders Freshman Team.

He and the Team are doing FINE! Thank you Christie and Dr. Heaton as well! Merry Christmas and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to ACCESS SPORTS MEDICINE!

As difficult a case as I was when I first met Kirstin Dodge, by seeing her at least twice a week for over a year, I was once again able to ride my Harley. At the time, I wasn’t giving up, but I was finding it harder and harder to ride.

She is knowledgeable, very friendly and easy-going… She was finally able to coax my old bones into submission and I couldn’t have been happier to be riding pain-free!

I wanted to let you know how much Brazonics, Inc., sincerely appreciated Rick Madden’s presentation about proper lifting, posture, and taking the time to train all three of our shifts. His enthusiasm, dedication and knowledge shined through to our employees. I heard nothing but positive feedback from the guys and gals on the floor. Rick also took the time to walk with our Supervisors and gave suggestions on safer lifting practices while loading machines. We truly were impressed and wanted to let you know. We are hoping he can come back in late Summer to refresh our employees and create another presentation.
